eBridge is a technology based platform that creates a secure online personal network to facilitate connections around a loved one with both formal and informal. eBridge is centered around a specific person or situation and the network is managed by the client, close family member or other trusted person. All network members must be invited to join. With the support of our eBridge Community Animator learning how to build and run a network makes for better outcomes.
